Summary
AcreReturns licenses are billed annually. All license fees are non-refundable once paid, except where required by law.
Why we do not offer refunds
A paid license gives you full access to the calculator, including report generation, immediately when you subscribe. Because the product is delivered in full as soon as you pay, we cannot refund a license if you use it and then cancel, whether that is one day, one week, or any other time after purchase.
Free trial
New users can try the calculator free for 48 hours, with no credit card required, before deciding to subscribe. The trial lets you explore the calculator inputs and mechanics; reports and certain final results are available with a paid license.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time. Sign in, open the Manage billing link, and cancel your plan there. Cancelling stops future automatic renewals. It does not refund fees you have already paid.
Renewals
Licenses renew automatically each year at the then-current price unless you cancel before your renewal date. Your renewal date is shown in Manage billing.
Billing mistakes
If you believe you were charged in error, for example a duplicate charge, email info@acrereturns.com and we will review it.
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe and Link. Your card statement may show a charge beginning with LINK.COM*.
